How to Bulk Update Role on Contact (set Primary to Blank)
Somehow, many of our customers (probably the ones originally imported at startup) have "Primary Contact" set on a contact. The users would like to change ALL "Primary Contact" designations to "Blank".
When they set up a new Customer, they DO NOT set a primary contact. They do not enter a role on any contact.
They prefer to select the billing address manually on each SO or Invoice.
So, they want to remove all "Primary Contact" designations. I can't see how to do this in CSV update or Mass Update.
Is there a way I'm not seeing? Is there anything I can do here? There are probably about 300 of these.
