Use Custom Field sourced from Custom Search in Saved Search
I am using a Saved Search to find the number of cases lodged against a Sales Order:
And then using this as the source of a custom field:
And this works fine, showing the count on the Sales order:
I wanted to use this is a Saved Search, but it always returns blank in the Search results - I assume this is because it is not storing the value (which I don't want to do) - is there any way to overcome this?
Ideally I wanted to show this figure on the Item Fulfilment - so I need a Saved Search on the Fulfilment to get the Number of Cases from the Created From transaction, and show this on the Fulfilment
