Trial Balance > Export Excel Web Query > Accounts with Zero balances are displayed > Show Zeros fla

Hi

As part of streamlining our month-end process. I am trying to create a web query of a trial balance report, so that we can prepare accounting workpapers in excel and show they reconcile to live data from Netsuite.

The spreadsheet generated from the web query doesn't look to bad, however what makes it impractical to use is that it shows every single account from our Netsuite instance which means the report is 3700 rows long..When it in fact should only be like 100 because there is only 100 accounts with a balance for that subsidiary.

The report in Netsuite looks fine. To tackle this I have put filters on the report in Netsuite but this has not improved the spreadsheet. I also tried to filter the blanks in excel, which works temporarily as when the data is refreshed the filter is lost.

Howdy, Stranger!
