Determine the highest Customer balance over a time period?

We would like to run a report or saved search to determine the highest A/R balance for each customer over a given time period.

As an example, if customer ABC had a $10k balance on February 28 2020 and on no other day in the last 12 month was the balance higher, then the high balance would be $10k on Feb 28 2020. When we ran the report from 1/1/2020 through July 31 2020, the high would show as $10 occurring on Feb 28th.
