Unable to adjust the rate to get the proper total price
Unable to manipulate the rate (not enough decimal places) on item lines to achieve the correct summary total for a sales order with multiple items.
It is not typical but in our business, the total price of a sales order is based on a customized collection of items and a price is set for the bundle of items.
We then create lines for each of the items with a set quantity and a set term (i.e. one time billing, bill annually for 5 years, etc.) and do the math to work backwards to what the rate should be.
We have some custom fields (columns) but the basic calculation still applies (term*rate*quantity = amount).
