Memorized Transactions set to automatic not posting

Trying to generate a recurring vendor bill by using memorized transactions. When I go in to the transaction I want to memorize I set it up as seen below. Even though I set the date to 8/1 the bill is not being entered. I followed the instructions in SuiteAnswers 9055.
