3 way match vendor bill approval workflow -Tolerance vs Difference

Hi everyone

I am struggling to understand the exceptions provided in the 3 way match vendor bill approval workflow.  Can someone explain the difference between "Quantity Tolerance Validation" and "Quantity Difference Validation" please?
