How do I create a drop down menu of options for a class?

I've done it before but I can't remember what I did and I can't seem to recreate my previous class. I want an option of "season" with a drop down menu of Fall 20, Spring 21, etc. I have the class "SEASON" on the inventory item page, but I don't know how to get my drop down options. I created the class "inventory category" before and I have options for short sleeve tees, polos, dress shirts, headwear, etc.
