How do you stop a transaction from immediately processing when clicking the Save button?  Take the example of a CSR entering a sales order.  Perhaps they are interrupted or it is a complex order that needs to be placed on hold so that it can be finished later.  How do you accomplish this seemingly basic task?  Right now, if the sales order is saved, it immediately moves to pending fulfillment, generates any drop-ship or special order POs, etc.  I know we can create an approval workflow, but this order is not even ready for approval yet - it is just
