Automatic Update of Revenue Plan > Not Updating

We use the Advanced Revenue Management module in NetSuite, and we have it set to automatically run/update Revenue Arrangements and Plans every 30 minutes. Recently, we noticed that for some of our orders that had plans already "In Progress", their Revenue Plans did not pick up and update. As a result, NetSuite thought there was no revenue to recognize that month. We ran revenue and realized the next month they were missed. So we updated the plans manually on the revenue arrangement, then they updated and we had to catch up the revenue from last month. Have you run into
