Is it possible to import groups

I have a group built for every single employee (plus their supervisors) so that they can save receipts for their expense reports. I am about to onboard 50 new employees. Is there any way to import groups and the members of the group as well?

Mass Update is definitely not a good enough option as it doesn't really work en masse.
