How to pull Customer/Vendor address {addrtext} into Custom Field in Project record?

The entity record (i.e. Customer/Vendor) has multiple entries in the Address Book. The objective is to:

Custom Field 1: Select the Customer/Vendor, and

Custom Field 2: Select the Address Label, and

Custom Field 3: Auto-populate the Full Address (i.e. addrtext)
