Workflow : Opportunity : Go to Record Estimate : Subsidiary doesn't populate
From a standard Opportunity record I have given the UI a button in order to open a new Estimate with a populated header and without line items.
Here are the Parameters on my Go to Record action
When the new Estimate record opens, All of the fields populate as expected however the Customer field has not sourced the Customer. It is populated with the text of the name but has not sourced any Customer info for instance the Subsidiary.
Without the subsidiary, the user cannot enter any items as there are no tax codes (from Subsidiary)
Editing the Customer name by backspacing one character, will source the correct entity but overwrites the other fields I have already set from the Go To Record action.
