Workflow multi-select

Does anyone know how to (if possible) create an activity in a workflow that allows you to use a multi-select field?

For instance,

IF

Criteria... Ballroom = T + Green Room = T

Then

Event Space: Ballroom, Green Room

assuming Event Space is a multi-select
