Canadian Taxation

Does anyone know how NetSuite calculate PST and GST taxes?

The tax amounts don't appear in my invoice/credit note form, but if I click on "customization" i can see the field but it's disabled and I'm not able to modify it.

Moreover it is already set up on "show", but it is not visible on the form.

Could you help me to retrive the values?

I need to print the on the pdf template.
