Apply shipping method at line level of wed-order (Suite Commerce Advance)

Shipping method is applicable at line level of sales order once you enable the 'multiple shipping route' functionality (in backend)  .I want to enable the same functionality in web-site order in check-out page in Suite Commerce Advance website.

I have researched on it and found some api that can be used but not able to figure out in which methods in model.js file need to be changed ? .Any technical reference will be heartly apprecited .
