Multi language per subsidiary

Does Netsuite allow the Multi Language feature to be by Subsidiary ?   Example, we are a US based company with subsidiaries in France and Spain, we would like all the forms and information in France to be French, and all the ones in Spain to be in Spanish.   Do we have to customize every form for this or is there a way to do this with setup ?   I can't seem to find.

Our customers buy from all three Subsidiaries so we didn't want to have to set them up three times and then combine for Sales reporting, etc.

Any thoughts ?
