Pacejet shipping charges from Item Fulfillment are not showing on customer Invoice/Cash Sale

Hello,

Having an issue with Pacejet integration where the shipping charges write back to the item fulfillment, but do not write to the invoice/cash sale.  I don't recall any special setting that needs to be turned on or flagged to make the shipping charges from the IF flow to the invoice/cash sale.  Is this possibly a defect on our system or have a I missed a step on the integration with Pacejet?
