Email and language issues
We're having hard-bounced emails to accounts we can email to outside of NetSuite. So, only NetSuite generated emails are saying "Hard Bounce" to these venders.
We suspect we're also having spam issues as one vendor responded to a PO they received and the subject line started "RE: [SPAM]...".
Then, just now I tried to open NetSuite help and it is all in German. We're in the USA and all our NetSuite language preferences are set to USA-English.
