Sourcing Transaction Data in Cases
I can create a Saved Search on Cases and display data fields from the related Transaction using the Transaction sublists in the Search Fields.
However, I can't seem to use the same sublist fields to either Source data from the Transaction onto the Case record, or to use it within a Workflow to set fields on the Case (with data from the Transaction).
Is this a limitation of NetSuite, or is there a way around it. (I'm hoping for a non-scripting answer, but if scripting is the only way to go then I'd appreciate some example code to get me started).
