Center link under support to online case form with prefilled current user email and internalid
I have created a online case form.
What I now want to do is create a center link to that form under the support tab and prefill the current user email and internalid.
I have done the following:
Create link to form.
- Go to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Links.
- Add new link
- Label: case form
- URL with in the URL: &email=${user.email}&custevent_ns_employee=${employee.internalid}
- Save
B. Create Support Subtab
- Click on Support Tab.
- Click on 'Set Up Custom Tab' or 'Edit Custom Tab' hyperlink available at the top right of the page (near to the 'Personalize' link).
