I am new to NetSuite and the forum, so please forgive me if this question has been asked.  I couldn't find it if it has been.  We want to set our chart of accounts up as account-department, i.e., 12345-500.  That way, we can easily get the department spending, plus have a limited number of main accounts that are the same for each department.  When I am looking at the journal entry screen, account is lose to the front of what you would key, but department is separated from account by the debit and credit fields, plus several more.  For efficiency,
