Modified GL Report - Line Item Name Not Showing for One Account

I was asked to add the item name to the standard GL report for better tracking. It works fairly well for all the expected transactions, except for a Receiving Not Billed account. Item data does not appear for Item Receipts, but it does for Bills.

Tried to pull the same info on a Saved Search and same issue applies.

Am I missing something?
