Error when Updating Item income/expense accounts
Hi there,
Please can someone help me?
I tried to import some new item records recently but for some reason the income and expense accounts aren't being reckognised by NS.
The fields from my CSV doc are mapping to the correct fields from NS but it kept failing stating that the value was incorrect. e.g:
"Invalid expenseaccount reference key 5601."
The expense account number on our system is 5601 yet NS states that it is incorrect and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
Has anyone else come accross this when importing items?
