Custom record type appears under "Custom" and not under it's own Subbtab?
I have created a new "Record type" called "Disciplinary Actions" I have created fields setting "Employee" as "Parent"along with other fields.
When I go to the Employee record and edit the form I can see "Disciplinary Actions" listed in the subtabs but when I am not in customise form mode and I am in the customer record the form appears under "Custom" and not under a new subtab.
In the past I made a different "Record type" called "Absenteeism" and this works perfectly and I copied all the settings I could find and both record types appear to be set up the same way but I am missing something. How do I get the "Disciplinary Actions" record type to appear in a new subtab called "Disciplinary Actions"?
