How to manage SPAM Leads?

We are getting lots of SPAM leads. I am not sure where they are coming from because all of the Marketing tabs are empty on the Lead Record.

For SPAM leads, the System Notes tab says Set By "-System-" and Context "Web Store". How can I can track down where these Leads are coming from?

I would like to 1) stop new spam leads 2) delete existing spam leads.
