Shipping + Tax combined on Sales Order form when using Avalara

NetSuite is combining (shipping + sales tax) on the Sales Order form that is used to email a receipt to our customers.  So, in the checkout, an order might show $20 in tax and $30 in shipping. The receipt that is emailed to them after they submit their order shows $0 tax and $50 shipping!

Any Ideas?

We do use Avalara.
