Send Campaign Email to Email Address Field other than 'Primary' Email Field on Entity
As I understand it:
- Saved Search identifies a list of entities to send email to
- Group is based on Saved Search
- Campaign Email is sent to the email address of each entity in the Group
In my case, I am specifically looking at Employees. I want to use an alternative email field on the Employee record, not the built in, 'primary' email field. I can include it in the Search results, but I don't think the Group takes any notice of this?
My issue is that not all our employees have corporate email addresses, so when we send notifications some of these go to personal email addresses (which are currently stored in the normal email field on the employee record).
