Audit trail reports for change management

Hi, I would like to check if there are any reports that are readily available or develop new reports for audit purpose. We would like to track the changes made in the various areas like workflows, custom scripts, forms, and roles etc. as part of the change management. For example: I know for tracking enabling features, i can run audit trail that is available in the enable features screen. Like this are there any standard reports that can used for our purpose. I know we have to create a separate saved searches for this, but any ideas you can provide
