Ability to “monetize” booked hours

We required values from the Rate card to be used for a custom calculation.  Unfortunately, OpenAir has a limitation to pull the value from a Rate Card to Crosstabbed reports, Measures section to be used in calculations.

What we are trying to achieve is to calculate Projected Booked Revenue. i.e Booked Value (Planner Board) x Rate Card value. Just wondering whether anyone has any thought on overcoming this limitation.
