Copy values from field to another

how can I copy the information of one filed to another ?

We created field called Manufacture product number (MPN), and used it for a while but then we found out that the SKU is almost has the same value, but since we have more than 40K items in the system some of them has SKU and some MPN, I want to copy the value in the SKU filed to MPN filed, I tried to use the CSV import but the records are very long, is there a way to copy them ?
