NetSuite email editor default font size

Our outgoing messages are displayed super small. How can we increase this without increasing the zoom level of our browser?

It isn't the setting in preferences -> Rich text editor fonts

That setting has no impact on outgoing email appearance. I think ours is defaulting to 12 pts, but in NetSuite (using the outgoing email text editor) it displays the 12 pts to about like it's 6pts.
