AE:API Access to Address details on Return Authorisation transaction
We have a third party integration that is using API calls on the Return Authorisation transaction.
I am being told that when processing a 'GET' call to the Return Authorisation via the NetSuite API, we can only get the address data if the address used on the transaction is an address that is saved against the customer record.
If the user has generated a 'custom' address on the Sales Order (which is often used), and then a Return Authorisation is created from that Sales Order, then no address information is provided on the API GET call, and so our integration fails.
