General Journal has no History!

I am trying to extract General Journal entries by particular users.

My Setby, in LineSystemNotes and SystemNotes, is coming out blank and result for users is coming out with zero records.

Also when I look at particular records; The history in the line is showing blank, no history at all.

Is that normal. I know these records were not imported and even those should have the user-name that imported the records.

Could someone explain this and advise as to how I could search GJ by users.
