Netsuite contigency evidences - Plan, Reports and Dates

Hey guys! I hope you all are doing great!

We have a strong audit process and we need to present some evidences from our vendors.

Today, we need some documentation and reports that shows how the Netsuite's infra behaves in case of failure, and how the resources will be realocated withing the cloud to keep the system online.

Do you have any documentation and reports showing what you do, when you do and how you do?

This is a really important point for us and will help us a lot
