AE: Help scheduled workflow

Hi Guru's,

I Need some help with a scheduled Workflow based on a Transaction Saved Search.

The goal is that when a customer reply's to an e-mail from that record that a task will be created for an employee.

The saved search (Reply e-mail SO WF) I use in the workflow is based on a transaction.

Criteria:

Available Filter:


For now I execute the workflow manually but the settings for the workflow are:

State >Create Record Type:


I know for sure that I have a result in my Saved Search that i'm using:


When I execute my workflow I receive the next error on the Workflow Log (of the SO228)
