Customer Center - How to add custom PDF versus NS native to links
Hello!
We are setting up the Customer Portal to begin using. How/where do I go in NetSuite to have our custom Order Confirmation, Invoice, Statement, etc. show when we click on the "Print" button?
For example. In the Customer Portal we can click on the native "Print Statement" link.
From here we would click on the Print button.
The document displayed is not our custom Statement PDF that we use to send to our Customers.
How do I get our custom PDF to display when the print button is clicked?
