Order of attention and addressee fields in Ship To and Bill To addresses

The Ship To (shippingaddress) and Bill To (billaddress) fields include the attention portion of the address as the first line, followed by addressee. Is there any way to change the standard NS behavior to put addressee first, followed by attention?
