I'm trying to setup a workflow that automatically sends an email when a work order fails.
The problem is that I want to link the error message in the email, but that is a child record. I have a workflow that initiates when a work detail record fails. On that work detail record is the error message but as a child record. I can't figure out how to use HTML (I believe that is what the 'send email' action uses) to reference the message.
Below I circled in red what I would like to have in my email. I highlighted in yellow the record that I use to initiate the workflow.
