Saved search: total opportunity, total invoiced and pending invoice.

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:29PM in Search / Reporting 9 comments

Hi, good day.

Currently, I am working on a saved search that shows the opportunities that have invoices in this year (2022) and these invoices have to be paid in full or pending and in case they are paid in full they have to have a payment applied.

And the information has to be displayed as:

-Name of the opportunity

-Total opportunity

-Total billed

-Unbilled

Until now I already have the name of the opportunity, the total billed and pending billing, the detail that I am presenting is showing the "total of the opportunity" since the opportunity sometimes has more than one invoice applied and when applying the formula and put "sum" adds me all those amounts that are shown for each invoice that is linked.

Howdy, Stranger!
