At what time Financial Institution Connectivity plugin is executing ?

Based on SuiteAnswers article id : 91277 : When you save a format profile configured for automatic import for the first time, NetSuite creates a daily import schedule.

But there is said nothing about the exact time when Connectivity plugin is scheduled.

We have created Format Profile with Financial Institution Connectivity plugin at 11:16, expecting that it will be scheduled in the same time of day. Unexpectedly it was re-executed automatically in the same day at 14:55, and continue to executing at 14:55 for the other days (all other execution time in the screenshot is a result of manual execution).

Is there any option to change the time when Connectivity Plugin is scheduled and how to do it ?
