Reorder Point total from all locations

We have multi-locations but want to set up a Reorder Point from a total QUANTITY ON HAND from all locations. How can we do that?

If we have the Reorder Point of the total QUANTITY ON HAND set manually, how can we get the report of the reorder point of that?
