Is it possible to print Child Custom Records using Advanced Template?

Hi

I was trying to customise the pdf layout using advanced printing form which is new to me, using WYSIWYG editor.  I wanted to know is it possible to add search result from custom table to add in PDF layout.

I have purchase order which has a child record (custom record). I want to show the custom records in pdf  adding new table structure in pdf layout.

Is it possible to achieve?
