Can I make a criteria based upon a summary formula in a Saved Search?

Can I make a criteria based upon a summary formula? I have a summary query grouped by sales orders, and want to return only those where a mininum of the committed quantity across the order is greater than 0. I don't want a criteria of commited qty greater than 0 by line, because I am looking to find orders where all lines are committed.
