Why is an error encountered when logging in via NetSuite UI after Enabling SAML SSO?

Hi guys,


We have started working on our SSO setup with G-Suite and we are running into some issues when testing this in NS-SBX.


In the articles it is mentioned that when activating the SSO feature, users can have the sign in option available either by signing in via UI with user name and password or using the SAML redirecting.


Well, this is not the case even though I have reviewed all the articles and FAQ. When we set this up, the user can reach the login page via UI, however when entering the user name and password, it fails, the users continue trying this and after 6 times the account is locked for 30 min (work as design).
