Why is Global Search: Transaction Results not showing search results in A/P Clerk role?
Hello NetSuite Community!
Currently our A/P Clerk role is experiencing an issue with entering any search criteria. For example, if I enter an expense report number and press enter, the global search results will pull up the results with -none- shown in the attached screenshot.
If I click the "Customize" button, the "Customize Transaction Search Results" window shows up; however, it seems like it is for a Vendor Payment report, instead of pulling up criteria for other transactions.
How can I go about solving this for my team?
