Does anyone have a solid solution to pulling large volume of data from the filing cabinet?

Good Morning all,


Does anyone have a solid solution to pulling large volume of data from the filing cabinet? I have a need to download an entire folder that is approx. 12.5 GB, and can't think of a solution. I looked into Suite Apps but didn't see much there, so was wondering if anyone had any success downloading without timeout.
