centertype must not be EMPLOYEE error when validating project

I have an instance where I created and account customization project and imported custom role objects to the project.  When I validated the project against the account I imported objects from i encountered an error: "The object field centertype must not be EMPLOYEE CENTER."

Why would I be encountering this error if all roles imported into my project.  I have already tested deploying the project and it errors out as well.

Any help is welcome.
