How to solve Permission Problem?

Hi, please help, I'm having a problem with the permissions again.

When inserting a picture it says: "You need the Garden.Uploads.Add permission to do that.

When viewing other posts it says: "Permission Problem.

You don't have permission to view this resource."

I can't attach pictures or view my discussions, what I need to do?
