Default reports are suddenly slow, Basic support apparently doesn't cover it, getting desperate
For the past two weeks our accounting team has been stating reports seem to be running extremely slow. I initially assumed it was due to a temporary network problem, etc.
This sudden increase in run time seems to have started in the past two weeks.
After some testing I have so far validated that Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports take over 30 seconds to run in Production.
The same report runs in our Sandbox in less than 5 seconds.
The "Performance Details" popup shows the Total time is 10x less than the actual render time--but the progress indicator does not go away and present the results.
